PEA & MINT SOUP

1KG frozen peas
1 onion sliced
25 grams Thyme(bag)
25 grams Mint(Bag)
1 litre vegetable stock

Method
Pull the thyme from its branches, add the onion and sweat in the butter until they are soft.
Add the green peas and boiling stock.
Cook until tender at a low temepature.
Cool for awhile and add the Mint and blend.
Nice cool or warm, enjoy.

Thyme strengthens your lungs, kills worms, and candida overgrowth.
